Pioneer

Our business, Pioneer, is located in the Girgaon area. We are specifically over in Ashapura Estate, which is part of Subhash Nagar near CP Tank. This is a very old and crowded part of the city, but we like it that way. The estate itself has been here for a long time, and our space is pretty simple. It’s where we keep our files and do our planning. It’s not a polished corporate environment. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the desks are a bit worn down, but it works for us. We don't have a marketing team or a big advertising budget. Most of our work comes from being a familiar face in the CP Tank neighborhood. We start our day when the shops around here begin to open up. The streets are narrow, so we usually walk or use a scooter to get around locally. We don't have any big speeches about our goals. We just try to get the work done right the first time. Sometimes deliveries are late because the trucks can't get through the narrow lanes of Subhash Nagar. We’ve learned to be patient with things like that. It’s just part of being in this part of town. We’re just local people doing our bit to keep things running. It’s practical, honest work and it keeps our small team busy enough from Monday to Saturday.
