Picassa Mosaics

Picassa Mosaics is found at Shop No 3 and 4 on S N Mehta Road. We are in the Ghatkopar West H O area, right near the Shalimar Apartment Industrial Estate. Being near an industrial estate means the area is mostly about work and getting things done. Our shop is where we keep all the different mosaic tiles and pieces. It’s a bit of a cluttered space because we have so many different types of materials. Having two shops side by side gives us more room, but even then, it feels full. S N Mehta Road is a busy street with lots of commercial activity. We spend our days sorting through colors and textures, often with dust on our hands. It isn't a polished gallery; it’s a working shop where we handle heavy boxes and crates. The Shalimar Apartment nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find the estate. We get a lot of noise from the nearby units, but we are used to it. Ghatkopar West is a fast-paced area and we have to keep up with the rhythm. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when it’s quiet, just watching the traffic. Our setup is very basic with simple shelves and a small desk for paperwork. We don't spend much time worrying about the looks of the shop as long as we can find what we need. It’s just a regular place for regular work. We've been here for several years now and the industrial vibe suits us perfectly.
