People Source Management

People Source Management is based out of 613 Mulund West in the K H B Colony. We are on the 7th Main, 2nd Stage, in a Co-Operative House. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets. We do recruitment and management work from here. The office is basically a room in the house where we have our desks and phones. It’s not a corporate glass building. We prefer it this way. It feels more personal when we talk to people. We talk to a lot of people looking for jobs and companies looking for staff. Mulund West is a nice place to live and work. The K H B Colony has a lot of trees and space. Sometimes people find it a bit hard to find the specific house number, but once they arrive, they see it’s just a normal home setup. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. It started small and stayed that way on purpose. We don't want to be a huge agency where nobody knows your name or your face. Here, we remember the people we talk to. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at resumes on the screen. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to restart the router. That’s just life. We aren't fancy, just hard-working people trying to help other people find work. It’s simple, and it works for us. We enjoy the quiet of the 2nd stage area and the neighbors around here.
