It’s mostly just us working through our computers. You might see the email address joshua.palem@yahoo.com and think it’s just one person, but we handle quite a bit from here. We don't have a big fancy office with a lobby or a receptionist. Most of our day is spent replying to messages and fixing things on the screen. It started out pretty small and stayed that way on purpose. We like the flexibility of not being tied down to a specific physical shop front. Sometimes work happens from a kitchen table or a small desk in the corner of a room. It’s a lot of typing and looking at code or spreadsheets. We don’t really have set hours like a bank would. If a message comes in late, someone usually sees it. It’s a bit of a mixed bag of tasks every day. We keep things pretty low-key. There aren't any big meetings or corporate retreats here. It’s just about getting the work done and making sure the people who email us get what they need. We’ve been using that Yahoo account for a long time now. It’s simple and it works for us. We don’t see the need to change things up just for the sake of looking bigger than we are. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it keeps our lives a bit simpler without the commute.
