Our place is located in Marathon Max, right on the Mulund-Goregaon Link Road. It’s a busy area in Mulund West, and we’ve been operating from Plot No-3/03 for quite a bit now. We do a lot of auto engineering work, which basically means we deal with parts and technical stuff for vehicles. The office is always buzzing with people and phone calls. Being on the Link Road means there’s always traffic and noise outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a mix of office staff and technical people who know their way around engines and components. It’s not always clean work; sometimes things get a bit messy, but that’s the nature of auto engineering. We try to keep things organized, but when you have a lot of parts coming in and out, it can get hectic. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything. Most of our connections come from being in the industry for so long. People know the name Patel Auto around here. We just show up every morning, deal with whatever technical issues come up, and try to get the orders processed. It’s a steady job and we’ve got a good group of people working here. It’s a practical business in a very busy part of the city. We’re just another part of the local landscape in Mulund.
