Paresh Hiralal Kapadiwala

I am located in Jethva Nagar Building, which is part of Swami Chawl in Kandivali East. My space is E 2. It’s a very local neighborhood, not the kind of place you’d find big glass buildings. It’s more of a traditional setup. I’ve been in this spot for quite some time. The building is a bit old, but it’s home. People around here know each other by name. I usually have the door open so neighbors can wave as they pass by. Inside, I’ve got my desk, some filing cabinets, and a couple of plastic chairs for visitors. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for me. I do all my work right here. Kandivali East has changed a lot, but this corner stays pretty much the same. I don't use a computer for everything, still have a lot of notebooks and pens around. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. It’s a practical workspace, nothing more. I start my day early and usually wrap up when it gets dark. If you’re looking for E 2, just ask anyone in Swami Chawl, they’ll point you the right way. It’s a friendly place. No corporate culture here, just hard work and talking to people. I have a small clock on the wall that ticks quite loudly, but it helps me keep time. Usually, I'm just here drinking some water and checking my lists.
