Panoramic Tour & Travels Ltd operates in the areas of Prabhadevi and Kalina. We have been around the travel scene for quite some time, and we have seen a lot of things change in the way people plan their trips. Our office is a functional space where we handle all the logistics that go into a tour. It is not a place with a lot of style, just a room filled with computers, phones, and stacks of paper. We spend our days answering calls and trying to solve the small problems that always seem to pop up when people travel. Whether it is a flight delay or a problem with a hotel room, we are the ones who have to sit on the phone and get it fixed. It can be stressful sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a massive staff, just a few people who have been doing this for a long time and know the ropes. Prabhadevi is a busy place, and Kalina has its own kind of energy too. We move between these spots and try to keep everything running as it should. There is no corporate mission here, just a group of people working hard to make sure the itineraries we plan actually work out for the people who pay for them. We just take it day by day and handle whatever comes our way.
