Panoramic Holidays

We are over in Prabhadevi, right on the 3rd Cross in Sector 5. Panoramic Holidays has been in this same spot for a good number of years. It’s a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the windows. We mostly spend our time looking at maps and checking hotel prices for families who want to get away for a few days. The office is a bit small and we have a lot of brochures stacked up in the corner that we really should organize better. Sometimes the computer acts up, which is frustrating when we’re trying to book tickets, but we manage. Most of our customers are locals who live in the nearby buildings. They drop by after work to ask about weekend trips or pilgrimage tours. We don't do any big advertising. It’s just us here, usually two or three people at the desks. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the peak season when everyone wants to travel at once. The 3rd Cross can be hard to find if you aren't from around here, so we often have to give directions over the phone. We just try to give honest advice about which trains are running late or which roads are closed. It’s a simple business, nothing too complicated. We like the routine of it all. When the monsoon starts, we have to keep an extra eye on the train schedules for everyone.
