You can find us at 703 Dsouza Mansion Building Js Road. Pankaj P Lad Architect & Interior Designer is basically just a small team working out of this building. We’ve been on Js Road for a long time. The office is on the seventh floor, so we get a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other rooftops and the street below. We do a mix of architecture and interior design. Most of our time is spent on the drawing board or on site visits checking up on things. It's a lot of back and forth. We don't have a big receptionist or a fancy waiting room for guests. You just walk in and we're right there working at our desks. We aren't big on self-promotion or marketing. We think the work should speak for itself, even if that sounds a bit old-fashioned. Dsouza Mansion is an old building and it has its quirks, just like the people who work here. We handle all the usual stuff like planning and choosing materials. Sometimes we spend hours just looking at different shades of paint or floor tiles. It can be tedious but we want to get it right. We are just regular folks who like to build things and see them finished. We don't use corporate jargon or try to sound like we're a huge international firm. It's just us at 703 doing our best with every project that comes our way.
