Palak Communication

We've been at Damodar Niwas for a while now. Palak Communication isn't a big fancy place, just a small shop in Cotton Green. People from around Prem Estate know where to find us easily enough. We deal with phones and top-ups mostly. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded when the internet is slow or someone needs a new SIM card right away. It's just me and a couple of others here. We keep the doors open all day long. The traffic on Veer Tanaji Malusare Road is usually very loud, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We try to keep things simple. If a phone isn't working, we take a look and see what can be done. Most of our regulars live right here in the neighborhood. It’s not a corporate office or anything like that. Just a local spot to get your mobile stuff sorted out. We drink a lot of tea while working throughout the day. Sometimes we run out of small change, so people just pay us later when they pass by. That's how it works here. The shop sign is a bit old now, but it still shows the name clearly enough for people to see. We are easy to find if you are walking down from the station. We don't have a website or anything like that. Just this physical shop where we sit every day except for Sundays. It's a busy area, but we like being part of it.
