Padmini Steels

Padmini Steels is the name we use for our business operations. Right now, almost everything we do goes through Rohit’s email, which is Rohit_194 over at Yahoo. We don’t actually have a big office building or a retail storefront that people can just walk into. It’s mostly all handled through messages and phone calls. Dealing with steel is a pretty straightforward and heavy business, and we try to keep our actual operations that way too. There isn't much need for fancy websites or big marketing teams for what we do. If someone needs something specific, they just send an email over to that Yahoo account and we see what we can do to help them out. It’s been working just fine for us for a long time. It might look a bit small-scale to some of the bigger companies, but it’s just how we prefer to run things. We aren't trying to be the largest company in the world or anything. We are just getting the work done and moving the product where it needs to go. Rohit manages all the incoming requests and sorts through the details. It’s a very direct and honest way of doing things. We don't have a lot of extra costs this way since we aren't paying for a big showroom. Just the steel and the email. It’s a bit old-fashioned, I guess, but it keeps everything simple and clear for everyone involved. It works for us.
