Padmavati Electronics & Mobile

You can find Padmavati Electronics & Mobile over in Malad East, specifically in the Cauvery Layout on Hosur Road 2. It’s a small shop but we managed to fit a lot of things onto the glass counters and the shelves behind them. We have all sorts of cables, chargers, and phones lined up, though some of the boxes have been there a little while and gathered a bit of dust. The lighting inside is a bit bright because we need to see the tiny screws when we’re looking at a phone screen. It’s a lively spot in Malad East, and there are always kids and families walking by on their way to the shops. Sometimes the music from the place next door is a bit loud, but it makes the day go by faster. We have a small stool behind the counter where we sit when things are quiet, which isn't very often. People come in with broken screens or looking for a new battery, and we just do what we can to help them out. The Hosur Road area has changed a lot since we first arrived, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s not a corporate showroom with uniformed staff, just a local shop where we know most of our regulars by their first names. We keep the place open pretty late most nights because that’s when people finish work and realize they need something for their gadgets.
