Paakizap

We've been at 1st Block A 16 on Karvales Road for a while now. Paakizap is just where we spend most of our days. It's usually busy around here because of the industrial area in Versova. My brother and I started this because we needed a way to pay the bills and we knew the area well. We open early, usually around nine, and stay until the sun goes down. Some days it's just quiet and we sit around talking to the regulars who stop by. The shop isn't anything fancy. It’s got some shelves and a small desk where we handle things. The traffic on Karvales Road can get pretty loud during the afternoon, which makes it hard to hear sometimes, but we've gotten used to it. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us making sure everything is in its place. Sometimes the stock takes a bit longer to arrive than we'd like, but that's just how it goes. We try to keep things organized but with the dust from the road, it’s a constant battle. People know they can find us here if they need anything. We don't do much advertising because most folks just walk in after seeing the sign. It’s a simple life running a business in this part of town. We just focus on getting through the tasks each day and making sure the shop stays open for the neighbors who rely on us. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy and we like the routine.
