P T Mobile is located in Vakola, right in the 1st Lane of Rabari Colony, shop 303. It’s a small, narrow spot that we’ve managed to pack with all sorts of phone accessories and spare parts. Most people come to us because they’ve dropped their phone and need the glass replaced or the battery isn't holding a charge anymore. The colony is a busy place with a lot of people moving around, so we usually have someone poking their head in to ask a question or get a quick recharge done. The shop is a bit cramped, and if more than two people are inside, it feels very full. We have shelves all the way to the ceiling filled with cases in every color you can think of. Some of them have been there for a long time and have a bit of dust on them. We don’t have a fancy computer system for repairs; we just use our tools and our experience to figure out what’s wrong. It’s mostly just me and my brother working here. We’ve been in Vakola for a long time and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It’s not a polished store by any means, but we do our best with what we have. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if a customer is coming from far away to pick up their phone. It’s just how we run things here.
