Oxygen Acres

We are located in Andheri, inside the Leelashree building at Office No-1 2-N. Oxygen Acres isn't your typical big real estate office with glass walls and fancy carpets. Our office is pretty small and filled with maps and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out visiting sites around the city. Andheri is always moving, so being in this office is our quiet time to get paperwork done. We deal with land and property, mostly trying to help people find a bit of space for themselves. It’s a lot of back and forth with legal documents and checking boundaries. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need it most, which is always frustrating. We have a small kettle for making tea, and that’s about the extent of our kitchen. We’ve been working from this office for a while now. The building is older, but it’s in a good spot for us to get around. We don't use big words or try to confuse people with complicated contracts. We just explain things as they are. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes the days are long, but we enjoy seeing projects finally come together. We aren't a huge corporation, just a small group of people who know the local land market well. If you come by, we might be out at a site, but we usually leave a note on the door.
