We are based in the Kailash Darshan building, number 13, in the Khetwadi area. It’s right near Kennedy Bridge in Grant Road West. This is an old part of Mumbai, very crowded and full of history. We handle import and export stuff, mostly moving goods back and forth. The office is small and usually filled with boxes and shipping documents. There’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a big shipment in. We’ve been here for years, and we know the neighbors well. It’s a loud area, with people shouting and horns honking all day long. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our business happens over the phone or at the port. Inside, the walls are covered with calendars and maps. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just focus on the logistics and making sure the customs papers are in order. The stairs in the building are steep, and the fan in the corner makes a clicking sound, but it’s our space. Sometimes we go out for tea near the bridge when we need a break from the paperwork. It’s a lot of coordination and waiting for things to clear, but we’ve got the hang of it by now. We just keep our heads down and get the job done without making a scene about it. It’s a busy life, but we like it here.
