It’s a very busy part of town, filled with the sounds of machinery and the smell of rubber and oil. Our shop is packed with all sorts of parts and tools. It’s not the most organized place in the world, and there’s usually a bit of dust and grease on everything. We spend a lot of our time digging through shelves to find the right part for a customer. It’s hard work and your hands are never really clean. Shri Ram Bhavan is an old building, but it serves us well. We’ve been in this market for years, and we know most of the other shop owners around here. We don't have a fancy showroom or sales people in suits. It’s just us in our work clothes, helping people fix their machines. The traffic in Malad can be really tough, especially when trucks are trying to unload in the narrow lanes.
