Being over here in Andheri West on Nikol Road, life at Cos Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. stays pretty busy. We are in unit G1/101, which is basically a mix of a small office and a place where we keep our records and samples. Even though the name sounds like a big corporation, we are just a bunch of people working with agricultural stuff every day. The walls are a plain color and there are always stacks of papers on the desks that never seem to go away. We deal with farmers and suppliers, so the phone is usually ringing or there is someone coming in with a query about seeds or fertilizers. It’s not a glamorous job. You spend a lot of time checking logistics and making sure things are moving from one place to another. Andheri is always crowded, so just getting to work in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. We have been at this address for a while now, and the local tea stall guy knows exactly how we like our drinks. Sometimes it gets stressful when shipments are delayed or the weather is bad, but that is the nature of the agro business. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just do our work, talk to our clients, and head home when the sun goes down. It is honest work that keeps us grounded to the earth and the seasons. Everything revolves around that Nikol Road shop.
