Our shop is tucked away in the Aga Khan Building on Gunpowder Road. We use Shop No. 4 and a few of the galas like 3-3A and 3-3B. Mazgaon is a really old part of the city, and our building has that weathered look to it. Inside, it’s a different story. We have large printers and rolls of vinyl everywhere. It’s not a very organized place, but we know where all the tools are kept. We handle a lot of printing and display work for local clients. Most of the day is spent checking files and making sure the colors don’t come out looking weird. The machines are old and sometimes they act up, so we’ve learned how to fix them ourselves. It’s not a corporate office with clean carpets and silent hallways. It’s loud, there’s usually a fan humming in the corner, and the smell of ink is everywhere. We’ve been in this spot for a good number of years. The neighborhood is full of small workshops like ours, so there’s always someone around to borrow a tool from. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales team. People just find us through word of mouth or by walking past the shop. We stay busy enough with the regular orders that come in. We take our work seriously, but we don’t pretend to be something we’re not. We’re just a small media shop in Mazgaon trying to get the job done right.
