Omkar Placements

We’ve been running Omkar Placements for a while now from our spot in Andheri East. We’re over at J P Tower on the ground floor, which is right by S G Highway and near Poonam Nagar. It’s a busy part of the city, so there’s always people coming and going. We mostly spend our time looking at resumes and talking to folks who are looking for work. It’s a lot of sitting at the desk and making calls to see who is hiring. We aren't doing anything fancy here. It’s just about helping people find a job that fits them. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when a few people show up at once. We don’t have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It’s just us doing our thing. The highway noise is always there in the background. We handle all sorts of roles, from office help to other kinds of work. Dealing with the paperwork takes up a good chunk of the day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. It’s a simple enough business. We just try to keep track of who needs what and match them up. Some days are slow and we just sit and wait for the phone to ring. Other days we barely have time to grab a tea from the stall nearby. That’s just how it goes in this line of work.
