If you are looking for us, we are on the first floor of Omega House in Ful Galli. That is on Narayan Dhuru Street, which is a very crowded area near the Masjid Bunder Station. You have to walk past a lot of other shops and wholesalers to find our entrance. It is the kind of place where people are always carrying heavy loads on their shoulders and the noise of the handcarts is constant. Inside our office, things are a bit more organized, but it is still quite full of samples and stock. We spend our day talking to people who want to buy things in bulk. There is a lot of shouting across the room and phones ringing all the time. Being so close to the station means there is never a dull moment. We have been here for years, and we know most of the other traders on the street. It is a tough environment but we like the energy of it. We don't use fancy technology for everything; a lot of our business is still done with a handshake and a simple handwritten note. We just want to make sure the orders go out on time and the customers get what they asked for. The air is thick with the smell of the market outside, and the tea we get from the local boy is probably the best part of the morning. It is just real trading in the heart of the city.
