Our office is located on the 5th floor of the basement in the Hindustan Complex in Santacruz East. It sounds like a strange place to be, but it works for us. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The complex is big, and it takes a minute to find your way down to where we are. We handle international trade and logistics. Most of our work happens on computers and over the phone, so we don't need a fancy storefront. The office is functional. We have desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of papers scattered around. It’s usually quiet down here, which helps when we’re trying to coordinate shipments or deal with customs paperwork. We aren't a massive agency. There’s just a small group of us who know the ins and outs of moving goods across borders. We’ve seen a lot of things change in the industry, but our day-to-day routine stays mostly the same. We deal with various time zones, so sometimes we’re here late or arrive very early. Santacruz is a good central spot for us to be located. We don’t spend much on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. People find us because someone else told them we could get the job done. We just keep working away at our desks. Sometimes the elevators in the complex take forever, but we just use the stairs if we're in a hurry. It's a simple life and we enjoy the quiet atmosphere of our little basement corner. We just focus on the shipments.
