Om Mahavir

At Om Mahavir in Borivali East we have been set up in Rajendra Nagar 8 for a long time. It is a quiet enough corner compared to the main station area but we still get a steady stream of people. We aren't a big chain store or anything like that. We just have our one location where we sell a bit of everything that the local families might need during the week. Our space is a bit cramped because we try to stock so many different items on the shelves. Sometimes you have to squeeze past a box to get to the back of the shop. We know most of our customers by their names and we know what they usually come in for before they even ask. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth in Rajendra Nagar is enough for us. If someone needs something we don't have we usually try to get it for them by the next time they stop by. The shop is a bit old-fashioned and we still use a basic calculator for most things. We like the personal touch of talking to people while we pack their things up. It isn't a high-tech operation but it works for the neighborhood. We just focus on being there every morning and closing up at the same time every night.
