Oliya Group Sifa

Oliya Group Sifa is based out of the Zaveri Building at 22 D. The address is a bit of a mouthful, being in Bhuleshwar Phase II within the Industrial Focal Point near Mohali. It’s a long way from the city center, and the area is mostly filled with other industrial units and warehouses. Near the Sant Gadge Maharaj College, you start to see more activity, but our specific corner is usually about trucks and workers moving goods around. The Zaveri Building is a sturdy, functional place that was built for work, not for looking pretty. Our office inside is much the same. We have heavy metal doors and concrete floors that are easy to clean but not exactly cozy. It gets quite dusty out here with all the industrial movement, so we spend a fair amount of time just keeping the desks clear. There isn't much in the way of cafes or shops right next to us, so we usually bring our own lunch or get something from the small canteen nearby. It’s a practical location for what we do. We don't have fancy signs or a big reception area with a sofa. Usually, you’ll just find us at our desks or checking on things in the back. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and being in the focal point makes logistics a lot easier for everyone involved, even if the 12 Khetw area is a bit noisy.
