Ohcs India Pvt Ltd is over in Chembur East on Old U C O Bank Road, rooms 303 and 305. We’ve got a couple of rooms there that we use for all our operations. It’s a typical office building with a lot of other businesses around. We’ve been in this spot for a while. The hallway is usually quiet, but inside our place, it’s a bit more active. We have desks pushed together and wires running across the floor. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Chembur East is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside. We don't have a big lobby or a person to greet you at the door. You just come in and find one of us. We spend a lot of time on computers and talking to people on the phone. It's regular office work, nothing too exciting. We have a small pantry where we make tea and eat lunch together. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we bought it at different times. We don't really care about the look of the place as long as the work gets done. It’s a practical setup. The building has a bit of an old smell to it, like paper and stone. We’ve grown into these two rooms over time. We share the bathroom down the hall with the other tenants. It’s a basic setup that doesn't cost too much. The elevator has a bit of a jolt when it starts. We just show up every morning and handle things at Ohcs India.
