We've been here in Borivli West for a while now. Our spot is in Vivekanand Nagar, right off S.V. Road. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We mostly spend our days handling the stock and making sure things get where they need to go. It isn’t anything fancy. The office at 2A-7/8 is usually full of boxes and papers scattered around. Sometimes the fans make a bit too much noise, but you get used to it after a few years. We know the neighbors pretty well, the tea stall guy around the corner knows exactly how we like our chai. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just sort of find us or hear about us from someone else. It's a lot of manual work, lifting things and checking lists over and over. My desk is always a mess with sticky notes. We just try to get through the orders every day without too many mistakes. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we keep the shutters halfway down and keep working. It’s just how things are here at Novell Products. We stay busy and hope the electricity doesn't cut out during the busy hours. It is just a small place run by people who have lived in this part of Mumbai forever. That’s pretty much the whole story of our little place on S.V. Road. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just our daily work.
