3-H Products

3-H Products is located in room 601 of the Sairatan Chs Ltd building. It’s more of a home-office type of setup than a big factory. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy with orders to look out the window. We started this because we wanted to do something of our own. The space is a bit tight with all the samples and paperwork piled up on the shelves. Sometimes it feels like we are tripping over boxes when a new shipment arrives. We handle a variety of products, mostly smaller items that don't need a huge warehouse to store. It’s just a couple of us here most days. We do everything ourselves, from answering the phone to packing up the small orders to take to the post office. Sairatan Chs is a quiet enough building, though the elevator can be slow during the morning rush. We know most of the people on our floor and say hello in the hallway. It’s a very personal way to run a business. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy office. We just rely on the fact that we do what we say we will. It’s a simple life, really. We come in, check the messages, and get to work on whatever needs doing that day. It's just us and our products.
