Finding us isn't always easy if you aren't from around Malad West. We’re tucked away in Gala Number 2, which is Office 93 inside the R.K. Maniyar Estate. It’s right there at 1st Vijaykar Wadi, just across from that Babuline Complex on S.V. Road. The traffic outside is always a mess, so getting in and out takes some patience. Our space is pretty cramped because we have so many products packed into the shelves. It’s one of those old-school Mumbai workspaces where every inch of wall is used for storage. We spend the day answering the landline and packing boxes to go out. The estate itself is full of other small businesses, so there’s always someone shouting or moving a handcart in the hallway. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time, and while it’s not the most modern office, it gets the job done. We deal with all sorts of items under the J. B. Products name. Most of our day is spent checking the inventory and making sure the labels are on straight. It’s a lot of manual work, and we don't have many fancy gadgets to help us out. We just know where everything is kept. If you visit, you might have to step over a few boxes to get to the desk. It’s a bit chaotic, but we have a system that works for us and our regulars. That's just how business goes here in Malad.
