Located in Andheri East, our office at 216/22 is right in the middle of all the chaos this part of Mumbai is known for. We spend our days dealing with resumes and talking to people who are looking for a new start. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls that never seem to end. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have several people waiting for their turn to talk to us about their careers. We aren't a big recruitment agency with a huge budget or a fancy website. We are just a local team trying to match people with the jobs that are available in the city. Andheri East is a tough place to work because of the long commute and the constant crowds, but it’s where all the business action is. We see all kinds of people, from young kids fresh out of college to older folks who have been working for thirty years. We listen to their stories and try to figure out where they might fit. The walls in the office could use a new coat of paint, and the files are starting to pile up on the desks. We don't use any fancy software to talk to people; we just sit down and have a conversation. It’s tiring work, especially when you can't find a spot for someone who really needs it. But we come back every morning and start the whole process over again. (251 words)
