Nitin Kadam

You can find us at 14 Barve Nagar in the Mandvi area. Our office is actually on the third floor, so there are some stairs to climb. We are right opposite the Mahanagar Bank, which is usually a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. This part of town gets quite noisy during the middle of the day, but we are used to it. My name is Nitin Kadam, and I’ve been working out of this space for a while now. It’s not a huge setup, just a few desks and a lot of files piled up. We deal with various bits of paperwork and day-to-day tasks that come our way. Sometimes the rain makes the building a bit damp, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We don’t spend much on decorations or fancy furniture. Most of the time, I’m just sitting at the desk handling whatever phone calls or visitors come through the door. People from the bank across the street sometimes pop over for quick things. It’s a very local feel here in Mandvi. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the folks in the next building. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized and get through the list of things to do. We don't really have a big team, just enough people to keep things running.
