Nitin Babubhai Panchal here. I’ve been working out of this spot in Malad East for a good while now. We are tucked away on the first floor over at Bhatia Baug. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office where things get done every day. Sometimes the stairs feel a bit much when we have deliveries coming in, but you get used to it. The neighborhood is always busy with people walking by and the local sounds of Malad. We focus on the work right in front of us. Most days start early with a cup of tea while looking at the schedules. It’s a small team, mostly just us trying to keep things organized and making sure everyone gets what they need on time. I’ve lived around here too, so I know most of the shopkeepers nearby. We don’t have any big posters or neon lights outside. If you find the building, just head up one flight and we are there. The windows look out onto the street, which is good for seeing what is happening outside. We don't really do much talking about ourselves, we just keep the files moving and the phone lines open. It’s basic, honest work. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but that is just how it is in this part of town lately. We are just regular people doing a job.
