Nishant Overseas Distribution

Our office is up on the sixth floor of Raheja Chambers, which is right there on MKK Road in Nariman Point. Being in 615 means we spend a lot of time looking at paperwork and talking to people about getting things from one place to another. Distribution is basically just a lot of logistics and making sure boxes go where they are supposed to. It gets pretty loud in Nariman Point during the day with all the traffic and people moving around. We’ve been based here for a while, dealing with overseas shipments and local arrivals. It isn’t the biggest office, but it works for what we do. We mostly spend our time on the phone or checking lists. Sometimes things get delayed at the docks or there’s a problem with a truck, and we have to figure it out. That’s just the nature of this kind of business. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a desk and some filing cabinets and a couple of computers that sometimes run a bit slow. Usually, it’s just us drinking tea and trying to keep track of where every shipment is. If you're coming to visit Raheja Chambers, the lift can be slow in the mornings. We just do our work and try to keep things moving. It’s a lot of coordination between different cities and countries, which keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like the area though, even if parking is a nightmare. It’s just us in 615.
