Nirmal Networks

Our place, Nirmal Networks, is over on Shivarkar Road 17 in Khar. We deal with a lot of wires and boxes every day. It’s mostly just us trying to figure out why a connection isn't working or setting up new routers for people nearby. The office isn't very big, and there are always coils of yellow and blue cable sitting in the corners. It gets a bit messy when we are busy, but we try to keep the tools in one place. Khar is a good area, though the traffic on Shivarkar Road can be a nightmare in the evenings. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, so sometimes the office is empty for a few hours. We aren't a big corporation with uniforms or anything. Usually, it's just jeans and a t-shirt because we have to crawl under desks or climb up to reach the ceiling wires. Sometimes the tech changes and we have to spend an evening reading up on it so we don't fall behind. It’s mostly just problem-solving. People call us when their internet goes out and they are frustrated. We just go over and see what we can do to fix it. We keep a diary of all the calls on the main desk. It’s a regular job and we like being here in Khar. The tea stall next door is where we go when things get stressful. We've been at this for a few years now.
