Nirbhay Desai

We’re based out of Ila Darshan Society on Gilbert Hill Road in Andheri. Our unit is B-28. It’s a well-known area because we’re quite close to Bhavans College. Nirbhay Desai has been running this operation from here for some years now. The road can get pretty busy with students and traffic, but inside the society, it’s usually a bit calmer. We have a small setup. It’s not one of those big Andheri West media offices. It’s more of a traditional workspace. We have our desks, our computers, and our files. That’s about it. We don’t believe in making a big show of things. We just try to stay on top of the work and be fair with everyone we deal with. Sometimes the monsoon makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we still show up and get it done. It’s a tough city and you just have to keep going. We’ve got a good group of people here who have been with us for a while. We know the local shops and where to get the best vada pav around the corner. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. No corporate jargon or long meetings that don’t go anywhere. We just get the tasks finished and go home when the day is done. That’s the way Nirbhay likes to run things and it works for us. We're just trying to do our part in this big city.
