Down in Raipur, we have our setup for Niraj Cement Structurals Limited. We are located in Ravigram, on Street 3 of House 8/A. It’s near the Telibandha area, which is a fairly well-known part of Chhattisgarh. The sun here can be really intense, so the building stays warm most of the year. We work with cement and structures, so as you can imagine, the yard is full of heavy materials and the ground is always dusty. We have a small team here. Most of the guys have been with us for a long time. We don't have a polished front office with a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and find someone at a desk covered in blueprints or piles of invoices. We spend a lot of time on site or talking to contractors about their needs. Raipur is growing fast, so there are always new buildings going up around us. We try to keep up with the demand. The office has a few ceiling fans that creak a bit, but they do the job. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the projects we have going on. It's a very straightforward way of working. No big corporate meetings, just figuring out how to get the next load of cement moved or the next structure started. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time.
