Nipa Shah

Working out of Esplanade Mansion in Limbayat is interesting because the building has a lot of history and you see all kinds of people coming through Mahaprabhu Nagar. My name is Nipa Shah and this is where I handle my daily business. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is more of a practical space where I keep my files and meet people who need help with their various requirements. The Fort area is always moving and sometimes it feels like the noise from the street never really stops. I have been in this spot for a while now and most of the neighbors know me. We talk about the weather or the traffic while I am opening up the office in the morning. Inside, it’s mostly just me and the paperwork. I spend a lot of time on the phone or typing things out on the computer. It can get a bit cramped when too many folders pile up on the desk, but I know where everything is. People come by because they know I’m here and they don't need an appointment most of the time. I just keep things moving and try to finish what I started each day. There is no big team here, just a straightforward way of working that seems to suit the people in Mahaprabhu Nagar. It is a decent place to work and I like being right in the middle of everything where life is happening.
