Nikita Badheka

My name is Nikita Badheka and this is where I work. The office is at 206/507 Marine Lines, in Kuber Park. It is also tied to Lulla Nagar in Pune and Maker Bhavan. We are right near Aykar Bhavan, which is a big landmark here. The building is older, but it works for what I do. It is mostly me and my files. I spend a lot of time here on paperwork and meetings. It is not a big corporate setup with lots of staff. It is more personal. The area near Aykar Bhavan is always busy with people during office hours. I like being in this part of town because everything is close. The office is not fancy, just a practical space for work. I have been doing this for a while and prefer it this way. Most clients come by word of mouth or they know the building. Sometimes the elevators are slow, but that is part of being in an older building in a busy district. I try to keep things organized, even if my desk gets messy some days. It is a quiet enough place to focus on the details of every project. I have seen the neighborhood change, but my office stays pretty much the same. It is a simple place where I can get things done without too many distractions. Being near the main road helps people find me easily enough, though parking can be a challenge sometimes. I usually am here until the sun goes down most evenings.
