Our shop is right in the middle of things at Mumbai Central Ho, located in the Numero UNO Sakar building, units 51/52. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always someone coming in through the door. We have shelves filled with all kinds of mobile accessories, wires, and chargers that people seem to lose every other week. The space is a bit tight because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand, so you have to watch your step around the boxes. We spend most of the day talking to customers about their phone problems or showing them different models that just came in. It’s not a quiet job. There is always the sound of people talking outside and the constant pinging of phones being tested. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us behind the counter. Sometimes we have to explain things twice because the shop gets loud, but we don't mind. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. If someone just wants to browse or ask a quick question about a screen protector, that’s fine. The lighting is bright so we can see the small parts we are working with. It’s a lot of standing on our feet and dealing with tech issues, but it keeps the day moving fast. We’ve been at this location for a while and have seen the area change around us quite a bit.
