new cell city

Located at number 13 on Paddar Road in Malad East, our shop is a small place for anything phone-related. We call it new cell city. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the counters and the repair tools we use every day. Malad East is a busy neighborhood and we get a lot of people coming in with cracked screens or batteries that won't charge anymore. It seems like everyone has a problem with their phone these days. We spend a lot of time under bright desk lamps looking at tiny screws and circuit boards. It’s fiddly work but we’re used to it. The shop has shelves filled with cases and chargers because people always lose those. We aren't trying to be some fancy tech boutique. It’s just a local shop where you can get your phone fixed or buy a new cable. Sometimes the shop gets crowded when four or five people come in at once, and we just have to ask everyone to wait a bit. We’ve been on Paddar Road long enough that the locals know where to find us. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. Just a simple door and some glass cases. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, fix what’s broken, and go home. People seem to appreciate that we don't make things complicated for them when they just want their phone back. It’s just how we run things every day.
