Our office, Network Intelligence India Pvt Ltd, is tucked away in Marol, Andheri East. We are in A 304 at Mayur Towers, just off Military Road. If you’ve ever been to Andheri, you know the traffic can be a nightmare, but we are used to it by now. The building is a typical Mumbai tower. We have a decent view from the third floor, though it is mostly other buildings and some trees. It is a busy place to be. Marol has changed a lot since we first arrived. There are more shops and cafes now, which is handy for lunch. Inside the office, it is pretty quiet. We have our computers and all the usual stuff you’d expect for an intelligence company. It is not like the movies with giant screens everywhere. It is mostly just us typing away and talking things through. We take the lift up every morning and settle in. The security guards at the gate know us well. It is a practical space. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything that looks too polished. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Mumbai is a fast city, but we try to keep a steady pace here in Mayur Towers. It’s our little corner of Andheri East where we spend most of our daylight hours. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we usually try to head out before the rush.
