Our business is based at 10 Malad West Phase-IV, in the Focal Point Vardhman Building. It is a busy commercial building and there is always something going on in the hallways. We have a lot of inventory stacked up against the walls, so the space feels a bit small sometimes. We spend most of the day checking our stock and talking to people who come in looking for specific items. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs more often than not. We’ve got a couple of desks shoved into the corner where we keep all the records and invoices. It’s not the most organized place in the world, especially when a new shipment arrives and we have boxes sitting in the middle of the floor. We try to keep things moving, but sometimes the paperwork piles up. The neighborhood around Malad West is always active, and we get a lot of noise from the surrounding businesses. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. People mostly find us because they know we are here in the Vardhman Building. We just open up in the morning, check what needs to go out, and handle the customers as they come in. It’s a steady routine that we’ve been following for years.
