Nazs Polymers

Our business, Nazs Polymers, is located within the Seksaria Industrial Estate in Malad West. We are specifically at 12/55 in the Swami Narayan Park section. Working in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops, so there is always the sound of machinery and heavy trucks in the background. We work with polymers, which involves a lot of processing and handling of raw materials every day. The space is mostly dedicated to production and storage, with just a small corner set aside for the office work and the records. It gets quite dusty and warm in the unit, especially during the afternoons when the machines have been running for hours. We wear our work clothes and do not worry too much about looking polished or professional. The main thing is getting the production runs finished on time for the customers. We have a small crew of workers who know the machines inside and out. Malad has grown a lot since we first moved into this estate, and the traffic outside on the main roads can be a real headache during the monsoon. But inside the gates, we just focus on the polymer work. It is a steady business and we take it one day at a time. We do not have a website or anything like that; we just rely on the work we do to keep things moving forward. Sometimes we stay late to finish a batch when the power stays on.
