Navya Nursing Bureau

Our office is located at Shop No 4, D Wing, on the ground floor of Krishna Koyna Society in Goregaon West, near Pune Station. Navya Nursing Bureau is a small operation where we help families find caregivers. We know that when someone is unwell, the last thing you want to do is deal with complicated paperwork. So, things are kept simple here. We sit in our little shop and talk to people about what their patients need. Some need help during the day, while others need someone overnight. There is a list of people we trust, and we try to match them up as best as we can. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure everyone shows up where they are supposed to be. Goregaon is always moving, and our office is right in the thick of it. No big HR department exists here. It’s just us answering the phone and writing down addresses in our ledger. Sometimes the caregivers are busy and we have to tell people to wait, which we don't like doing, but being honest about availability is better. We’ve been at Krishna Koyna Society for a while now. It’s a humble spot, but it’s where we do our best to help out the local community. It isn't fancy, but it gets the job done and keeps us connected to the neighborhood.
