Navin Arora

Working out of Cumballa Hill is quite different from other parts of the city. My place is in the Grand Paradi Apartment complex, specifically at 91-A. It’s a well-known spot, and the atmosphere is usually much quieter here than down by the main roads. I’ve been doing this for a long time now, and seeing the way the neighborhood has changed over the years has been interesting. My work as Navin Arora is mostly about meeting people and helping them sort out their requirements. Whether it's consulting or just general advice on things I know about, I handle it myself. No storefront with a big sign is needed. It’s more of a personal setup where I can focus on what needs to be done. Each day usually starts with a lot of reading and some phone calls. This way of working is my preference because I can give each thing the time it actually needs without a lot of distractions. Sometimes the whole afternoon is spent just going through documents or preparing for a meeting the next day. A big company with lots of employees running around wouldn't suit me. It’s just me. I think people appreciate the directness of that. There’s no middleman or secretary to go through. You just talk to me directly. The routine of it is nice, and being in a place like Grand Paradi makes the work day feel grounded. It’s just steady, honest work.
