We are situated at G-6 on the ground floor of Ahmed Tower. This is on Madhavrao Gangan Street in the Agripada area of Mumbai. It’s a very local, traditional part of the city. Our office is small and practical, which is exactly how we like it. We focus on various projects, and being on the ground floor makes it easy for our site supervisors and workers to drop in and out throughout the day. Agripada has a lot of old charm, but the streets are quite narrow, so managing logistics around here takes some practice. We aren't a big corporate company with a polished image. We are just regular people who know a lot about construction and project management. Most of our day is spent dealing with the nuts and bolts of building, like checking on material quality or making sure the labor schedules are being followed. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of our clients come to us because they know we’ve been around for a while. We deal with the typical Mumbai challenges, like tight spaces and heavy rains, every single day. It’s just a part of the job for us. We don't make any grand claims about being the best. We just focus on finishing the work we’ve been given and making sure the structures are safe and solid.
