We open up the shutter in Mahim Sector 19 every morning and start the day. The dust on the counter needs a wipe before we get going at Naqsh Mobile Sales & Service Communication. Sometimes the tea guy from down the street comes by and we take a minute to talk about the weather or the traffic. Most of the people in this part of Mahim know us by now. We try to keep things simple and just handle the work as it comes in. If a handset is broken, we take it apart and see what is wrong. If someone needs a new charger or a cable, we find it in the back. The lights in here are a bit too bright sometimes, but you need that when you are working with tiny screws and wires inside a mobile. We’ve been at this address for a long time and we like the neighborhood. It is just a regular day-to-day business for us.
