Namo National Advance Mobile Oriented

We are located in the Fort area, specifically on 4th Main S 33. The name Namo National Advance Mobile Oriented sounds a bit long, but we’re just a regular phone shop. Most people just call us Namo. Being in Fort means we see a lot of office workers and people rushing to the station. We’ve been here for a while, tucked into this spot. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside with all the displays and the repair desk at the back. I usually have the radio playing in the background while I work. We sell all the common brands and have plenty of covers and screen protectors. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always something happening outside. I don’t really have a big staff, just me and a helper. We handle everything as it comes. If a phone is broken, we look at it. If someone wants a new one, we show them what we have. We aren’t trying to be the biggest shop in Mumbai, just a useful one for the folks around Fort. It’s a straightforward business. We open on time and stay until the evening rush is over. Sometimes people come in just to ask for directions, and that's fine too. We've got a little stool for customers to sit on while they wait. It's a simple setup for a busy area and we like it that way.
