N K Motiwala Brothers

N K Motiwala Brothers is based out of Masjid Bunder West. We occupy the ground and first floor of our building near Janj. It’s right off North Main Road, tucked away in Lane No 6, which most people know as the Pizza Hut lane. Number 213 is where we stay. Being in Masjid Bunder means things are always moving fast. There are stacks of boxes and people coming in and out all day long. It gets pretty loud outside with the loaders and the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. My brothers and I handle most of the daily stuff ourselves. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that. It’s just two floors filled with what we need to get through the day's work. Sometimes it’s hard to find the lane if you’re new to the area, but once you see the Pizza Hut, you’re almost there. We don't spend money on fancy signs or anything. We just focus on what’s in front of us. Most of the people we deal with have been coming to this lane for decades. It feels like a small community even though it's so crowded. We start early and stay late most days because that’s just what the work requires. No one here wears a suit or anything. We just wear what’s comfortable and get our hands dirty when we need to. It is just a normal family business in a busy part of town.
