N K Brothers

N K Brothers is based out of Malad West, and we’ve been working out of this area for quite some years. It’s just me and my brother running the operations, so things can get a bit hectic when both of us are out on a call or dealing with a big delivery. The space we have isn't huge, but we managed to fit all the supplies and a small desk where we do the paperwork. Malad is always moving, and being on the west side means we are right in the thick of it. We don't have a polished front office or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us with sleeves rolled up, moving boxes or checking some inventory. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves, and it’s been a lot of learning on the fly. Some days the phone won't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually organize the shelves. We don't use any complicated software, just a basic notebook and a pen mostly. It's honest work and we don't try to be something we're not. People around here know us as the guys who get things done without making a big fuss about it. We close up when the sun goes down, or sometimes a bit later if there is a lot of backlogs to clear. It's just a regular local business trying to stay steady in a fast city.
