Our place is over at 94, 96, and 98 on Gadgil Street in the Santacruz P&T Colony. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned setup because we occupy a few different units right next to each other. Gadgil Street can be quite narrow, and it gets pretty crowded during the day with people coming and going. The P&T Colony has been around for a long time, and you can really feel that history when you walk around. Our office doesn't look like much from the outside. It’s just a series of doors on a busy street. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with all the different rooms and hallways connecting the units. We have stacks of ledgers and papers everywhere because that’s just how we operate. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find glass walls or sleek desks. Everything is a bit worn, but it’s comfortable and it works for us. We know most of the shopkeepers on the street, and there’s a sense of familiarity that you don’t get in the newer business districts. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going all day. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. It’s a local business through and through, and we like it that way.
